We have established the first dedicated single domain antibody repository and database. The database hosts a large collection of natural and synthetic camelid single domain antibody sequences from literature sources, other online repositories (PDB and NCBI), and manual entries from users.
Single domain antibodies in the database may be searched for by their assigned name(s), antigen targets, and source (e.g. llama or synthetic) amongst other features. Complete amino acid sequences are available for antibodies as well as their demonstrated uses (e.g. Western blot) and literature citations.
Below you can find the basic statistics of our database:
Number | |
---|---|
Total sdAb amino acid sequences | 1446 |
User submitted sdAbs | 0 |
sdAbs from publications | 782 |
PDB entries in sdAb-DB | 195 |
NCBI protein entries in sdAb-DB | 489 |
We are doing our best to compile a high quality database. However, there are no databases without any errors or mistakes. We make no warranties to those effects and shall not be liable for any damage that may result from errors in the database. If you find new errors or mistakes, please inform us using the "Contact Us" page.
